| Ryan joined the Powder River Team in April of 2018. His focus while with Powder River has been performing Site Acquisition services for T-Mobile and Build-To-Suit Tower companies, primarily in the Central Region. These projects have involved both new site builds and modifications for our clients. Ryan’s strong communications skills and diverse background in permitting, planning, zoning, and lease negotiation led to his success in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining the Powder River Team, Ryan worked in the public sector as a City Planner. He obtained his Master’s Degree in City Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Ryan was the 2021 “Aaron Williams Golden Oar” award, which is a Powder River award given out annually to the Site Acquisition agent who generates the most revenue. Ryan resides in South Falls, South Dakota with his wife Emilee. |
