• Inspected and observed that UMTS Carrier Add sites were constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications of the project. Demonstrated sufficient skills/judgment to be the sole inspector on a construction site
• Monitored and recorded contractor’s work performance with the contract requirements and conducted final inspections, prepared punch lists, and collected documentation for closing out of contracts. Prepared daily reports, took progress photos, and maintained record document information
